Massage gently onto damp skin in circular motions, avoiding the eye area. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water and continue with the rest of your skincare routine. For best results, use 2–3 times a week to keep skin smooth, clear and radiant.

1. How often should I use this exfoliator?
We recommend using it 2–3 times a week. If you have hyper-sensitive skin, start with once a week and gradually increase frequency.

2. Can I use this exfoliator if I have sensitive or acne-prone skin?
Yes. This exfoliating scrub is formulated with 100% biodegradable jojoba beads that gently remove dead skin cells without feeling harsh or abrasive. It helps unclog pores, clear congestion and reduce the appearance of blackheads while maintaining a healthy skin barrier. If you have broken, inflamed or actively irritated skin, wait until it has healed before exfoliating.

3. Should I use it in the morning or at night?
You can use it either morning or night. We recommend using it at night to remove sunscreen, excess oil and daily build-up while preparing skin for the rest of your evening skincare routine.

5. Can I use it with other exfoliating products?
To avoid over-exfoliation, we recommend alternating this scrub with other exfoliating products. Avoid using it in the same routine as retinoids, AHAs, BHAs or other strong exfoliating acids.

6. Why should I exfoliate my skin?
Dead skin cells naturally build up on the skin's surface, which can contribute to dull skin, rough texture, clogged pores, blackheads and congestion. Regular exfoliation helps remove this build-up to improve skin texture, brighten dull skin and prepare your skin to better absorb the skincare products that follow.

7. Will it dry out my skin?
No. Unlike many traditional scrubs, this formula is enriched with Panthenol, Niacinamide and Jojoba Oil to replenish hydration and help maintain a healthy skin barrier, so skin feels soft, comfortable and never stripped after cleansing.

8. Does this help with blackheads and post-acne marks?
Yes. By removing dead skin cells and clearing pore-clogging build-up, it helps reduce the appearance of blackheads and congestion. Vitamin C and Niacinamide also help brighten skin and fade the appearance of post-acne marks with continued use.

9. Is it safe to use during pregnancy?
Yes. This exfoliating scrub is formulated to be pregnancy and breastfeeding-friendly. If you have specific concerns during pregnancy, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before introducing any new skincare product.

10. Can I use this exfoliating scrub every day?
We recommend using it 2–3 times a week. Over-exfoliating can compromise the skin barrier and lead to dryness or sensitivity. Regular use 2–3 times weekly is enough to keep skin smooth, pores clear and your complexion looking bright and healthy.
