How does auto-replenishment work?
Select Auto-Replenish & Save on eligible products, choose your delivery schedule and complete your order. Your product will be automatically shipped based on the interval selected.
Do I receive a discount when I subscribe?
Yes, you’ll enjoy 20% off every auto-replenishment order.
When does my subscription start?
Your subscription begins the day you sign up. Your first order will be processed after checkout, and subsequent orders will be charged every 4, 6, 8 or 10 weeks based on your selected schedule.
Can I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription after 3 consecutive delivery cycles. Simply log in to your account and select Manage Subscription.
Can I skip a shipment?
Yes. We’ll send you a reminder before your next order is shipped. If you wish to skip a shipment, please email us at enquiry@estlab.shop. Skips are limited to a maximum of three cycles per subscription.
Can I change my shipping or billing address?
Yes. You can update your shipping and billing address without cancelling your subscription. Simply log in to your account and select Manage Subscription.
Can I pay with GrabPay or Atome?
No. Auto-replenishment orders are only available with credit card payment.
What if my payment fails?
No stress. We’ll notify you by email if there is an issue with your payment method.
Do I earn rewards points from subscribing?
Yes, you’ll still earn rewards points on subscription orders. However, reward vouchers cannot be applied to subscription orders.
