ést.lab Rewards is our way of saying thank you for being part of our community. Earn points as you shop, refer friends and share reviews, then redeem them for vouchers on future purchases.

Anyone with an ést.lab account can join. Simply create an account or log in to start earning points.

You’ll need to be logged in to start earning points.

Spend $10 online → Earn 100 points
Refer a friend → Earn 2,000 points
Write a review → Earn 500 points

Redeem your points anytime:
500 points → $5 voucher
1,000 points → $10 voucher
1,500 points → $15 voucher
2,000 points → $20 voucher

One voucher may be used per transaction, with no minimum spend required.

Share your unique referral link with friends. Once they complete their first purchase using your link, you’ll receive 2,000 points in your account.

No. Points can only be earned and redeemed on www.estlab.shop.

Log in to your ést.lab account and open the Rewards panel to view your points balance, redeemed vouchers, rewards history and current membership tier.

Once you’ve redeemed your points, you’ll receive a voucher code. Simply enter the code at checkout to apply it to your order.

Once points have been redeemed, they cannot be reinstated or converted back into points. If you’re unable to use your voucher on your current order, you may save it and apply it to your next purchase instead.

Referral points are awarded once your friend’s first purchase has been completed successfully using your referral link. If your points still haven’t appeared after a few days, please contact us at enquiry@estlab.shop and we’ll be happy to help.

Our Membership Tiers are based on your total spend within the last 365 days. As you move up each tier, you'll unlock additional rewards and exclusive privileges.

Make your first purchase to join Community. Spend $500 within 365 days to qualify for Insider, $1,000 to qualify for Elite and $2,000 to qualify for Inner Circle.

Your bonus points will be credited when you first qualify for Insider, Elite or Inner Circle.

Membership Tiers are reviewed based on your spending over the previous 365 days. If your qualifying spend falls below the required amount, your tier may be adjusted accordingly.

Your current membership tier can be viewed in your Rewards account. Any upgrades or changes will be reflected automatically once you meet the qualifying spend requirements.
