Eye Care FAQs

Why should I use a separate product for the eye area?

The skin around the eyes is thinner and more delicate than the rest of the face, so it can be more prone to dehydration, puffiness, dark circles and fine lines.

Eye products are designed with textures and concentrations suited to this sensitive area.

What is the difference between the OptimaLift A+ Eye Essence, Firming Eye Cream and Intensive Eye Repair Capsules?

OptimaLift A+ Multi-Repair Eye Essence is a lightweight treatment for dark circles and visible fatigue. It can be used morning and evening.

OptimaLift A+ Firming Eye Cream provides richer moisture while targeting firmness, elasticity, crepiness and fine lines.

OptimaLift A+ Intensive Eye Repair Capsules deliver concentrated overnight nourishment for dry, depleted skin around the eyes.

Which OptimaLift A+ product is best for dark circles?

OptimaLift A+ Multi-Repair Eye Essence is the primary treatment for dark circles and tired-looking eyes. Its lightweight texture is suitable for both morning and evening use.

Which OptimaLift A+ product is best for puffiness and tired eyes?

OptimaLift A+ Deep Recovery Eye Mask is a cooling biocellulose treatment that hydrates and refreshes the eye area in 15 minutes.

The Intelligent Eye Revitaliser can also help ease tension and reduce the appearance of puffiness through warming thermotherapy and sonic vibration.

Can eye products cause milia?

Milia can occur when richer products are applied too close to the lash line or used in excessive amounts.

If you are prone to milia, use a small amount along the orbital bone and consider the lightweight OptimaLift A+ Multi-Repair Eye Essence.

Use it for approximately one minute around each eye, or until your eye product has been comfortably worked into the skin.

Do not use the device for more than five minutes in one session.

Can I use the Intelligent Eye Revitaliser without an eye product?

No. Always use the device with an eye essence, cream or mask serum to provide slip and prevent tugging on the delicate eye area.

Avoid using it on dry skin.

Can I use the Intelligent Eye Revitaliser on other areas of the face?

Yes. It may also be used on areas such as the forehead, smile lines and jawline, provided there is enough product to allow the device to glide comfortably.

Why does the Intelligent Eye Revitaliser feel less warm after a while?

This is normal. Heat dissipates as the device moves across the skin, and the eye area gradually adjusts to the temperature.

The layer of eye product can also soften the sensation of warmth.

Mode 2 (Therapeutic Hot Compress + Red LED Therapy) is safe for pregnancy. As a precaution, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.
