- Tranexamic Acid (TXA):
Inhibits the formation of spots and pigmentation - A brightening powerhouse effective in evening out uneven skin tone, lightening of dark spots, treatment of hyperpigmentation caused by sun exposure, skin sensitivity, acne and inflammation, as well as post-operative care after laser/pulse light treatment, it helps to inhibit UV-induced melanin synthesis by blocking the interaction between keratinocytes, or commonly known as skin cells, and melanocytes, also known as melanin-producing cells, that are responsible for pigmentation.
