Order a refill when you’re ready, but retain the pump from your original bottle. Swap the empty bottle with the refill bottle and you’re good to go.

THINGS TO NOTE

WHEN USING YOUR AIRLESS PUMP BOTTLES FOR THE FIRST TIME

When you first receive your product, hold the bottle upright and pump slowly. This will create the vacuum necessary to dispense the product and essentially activate the vacuum pump system. Since our bottles do not contain a straw, it's important to note that a few empty pumps at the beginning is completely normal - some bottles may take up to 10-30 pumps.

If you’re not getting the product after 10 pumps, we recommend priming the pump. Start by putting the cap back on the bottle, then hold your bottle upside down and gently tap the top of the bottle against a flat surface. This should get the product moving.
