Twist open one capsule and dispense the serum into your palm. Apply to a cleansed face and neck, gently massaging into the skin using upward motions.

Use nightly as an intensive overnight treatment to replenish moisture, strengthen the skin barrier and restore skin radiance.

Depending on your skin's needs, VitaLift A+ Intensive Youth Restoring Capsules can be used in place of your evening moisturiser. If your skin is dry or dehydrated, follow with your moisturiser to seal in added nourishment.
