1. Is VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Buddy suitable for all skin types?
Yes, VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Buddy is suitable for all skin types, including sensitive skin. Designed for both the face and body, it can be used on areas including the jawline, forehead, cheeks, neck, arms, waist, thighs and glutes. Think of it as your personal skin gym, helping improve the appearance of firmness, definition and contours wherever skin needs extra support.

2. Can I use the VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Buddy on its own?
For best results, we recommend using the device together with VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Booster. The SmartSculpt Booster is an activating and hydrating lifting cream specially formulated to optimise conductivity during EMS treatments while enhancing visible lifting, firming and contouring results.

Using the device on dry skin is not recommended as sufficient slip is needed to allow the device to glide comfortably across the skin.

3. How long should I use it for?
We recommend using the device for 5–10 minutes daily. Consistent use helps improve the appearance of skin firmness, facial definition and contours over time.

4. How long does a full charge take?
A full charge takes approximately 3 hours.

5. Does it come with warranty?
Yes, a limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship is available for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, provided the device has been used in accordance with the user manual.

6. What battery does it use?
VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Buddy is a USB-rechargeable device, making it convenient for use at home or while travelling.

7. Can I wash the device?
The device is not waterproof. Please avoid rinsing the device under running water or submerging it in water. Use the device with dry hands and avoid using it in the shower. After each use, gently wipe the device clean with a soft damp cloth oralcohol swab and dry thoroughly before storing.

8. Is it normal to feel a tingling sensation while using EMS?
Yes, a mild tingling or muscle contraction sensation is completely normal during EMS treatment. The intensity of the sensation may vary from person to person depending on skin condition, hydration levels and the intensity setting selected. Some users may experience a stronger sensation than others, while some may feel very little despite the device working effectively.

9. Can I use the device during pregnancy?
As a precaution, we do not recommend using VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Buddy during pregnancy. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding or have any underlying medical conditions, we recommend consulting your healthcare professional before use.

10. Can I use the device with other products?
For optimal performance and conductivity, we recommend using the device with VitaLift A+ SmartSculpt Booster, which has been specially formulated and tested to work alongside the SmartSculpt Buddy. After treatment, remove any excess product and follow with your preferred VitaLift A+ serum and moisturiser to complete your skincare routine.

11. Can I use the SmartSculpt Buddy every day?
Yes, the device is designed to be used daily for 5–10 minutes for best results.

12. When can I expect to see results?
Some users may notice skin looking more refreshed, defined and less puffy immediately after use. With consistent use, improvements in the appearance of skin firmness, contours and definition become increasingly noticeable over time.
